What are your shipping rates?
​
​At skinimini beauty, we offer amazing domestic flat rate shipping options for all U.S. States including Alaska and Hawaii.
Get U.S. First Class Shipping via USPS (3-7 days) on purchases with a subtotal $25 and over, excluding taxes and after any promotions and discounts are applied. For orders with a subtotal of less than $25, we offer a $5.95 flat fee for standard shipments via USPS First Class (3-7 days). We also offer USPS Priority (1-5 days) for domestic orders for a flat rate of $9.99.
All products are shipped directly from Houston Texas, and we process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Our fulfillment center operates Monday-Friday and we do not ship on Saturday, Sundays or major U.S. holidays.

Please note that while we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Additionally, we kindly ask that you-check your shipping address to avoid any undelivered or misdelivered packages.

How do I track my package?
If tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via e-mail when your order ships. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at hello@skiniminibeauty.com.

The “delivery by” dates are estimates from our friendly delivery people, from the day the order ships. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee dates once they leave our facility but we recommend high fiving your mail person when your package arrives.

Do you ship internationally?
​
​We’re sorry for any inconvenience, but we’re not shipping internationally just yet. We're always looking into expanding our shipping horizons, though, so stay tuned! We hope to spread the love beyond borders in the future.

RETURN POLICY
​
To preserve health and safety, all sales are final. We only accept returns for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.

If your product shows up looking like it’s had a rough day, give us a shout at support@skiniminibeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll need a few photos of the damage and a screenshot of your order confirmation email to get things sorted out. Once we’ve got the deets, we’ll jump into action and make sure your replacement is on its way ASAP. If the item you ordered happens to be out of stock (limited editions, we’re looking at you!), don’t worry, we’ll refund you the full retail price so you can treat yourself to something else!

Do you charge Sales Tax?
​
We collect sales tax in accordance to the tax laws and regulations mandated each state. Any sales tax will be reflected in your cart at checkout.

Are your products authentic?
​
We get all our goodies straight from the source, either directly from the brand itself or from their authorized distributors. No middlemen, no funny business, just the real deal!

I received an item labeled "Sample" or "Not For Sale". What does that mean?​
Some items in your order might be labeled as "sample," "not for sale," or "gift." In Korea, these products cannot be sold to customers there. However, in other countries or regions with different regulations, their sale is perfectly fine.

Do you offer samples?​
Our products are already perfectly sized for you to give them a whirl, so we don’t typically offer samples. But hey, good news! Every now and then, we like to sprinkle a little extra joy by running promotions that include gifts with a minimum purchase. So keep an eye out for those sweet deals. It’s like finding a surprise treat in your order!
